About Focus Physical Therapy

Started in 2016 by Brad Conder, Focus Physical Therapy is a independently owned physical therapy business.  We have two stand alone orthopedic clinics and we also have multiple employer contracts to help with onsite prevention based services.

We mostly focus on helping everyday people manage difficult orthopedic issues that keep them from working, working out or spending time with loved ones and friends. 

Our Employer Onsite consulting service that is growing and also may need your help to fill the demands of our customers.

Who We Are Looking For:

We are looking for a physical therapist leader that will work on our growing Physical Therapy Business as well as treat our clients. There may be a need to work at both locations ( Focus PT Locations) or other jobs that the company has available such as consulting work. In this position you will be asked to go from treating clients, developing programs, and marketing in our community amongst other tasks.

• Provide patient care that is ethical in accordance with the Physical Therapy Rules of the Kentucky Board of Physical Therapy Examiners and in accordance with the applicable state and federal laws. 

• Performs in-depth patient evaluation, develops a treatment plan and manages individualized treatment focused on the patient’s individual goals. Goals may include improving coordination, balance, strength, endurance and sensory integration skills.

• Establishes long term and short term goals determined by evaluation in conjunction with the patient and caregiving team.

• Develop a mutually beneficial relationship that benefits both the patient and the clinic. 

• Provides ongoing education and instruction through a home program given to patients.

• Use special instruments and qualitative assessment methods.

• Keep accurate and timely records of the initial evaluation, progress and discharge of clients. 

• Ensure that patients remain excited about the prospect of coming for physical therapy and remain committed to the treatment plan that you suggest. 

• Provide support to the marketing team to grow the practice.

• Prepare and sanitize therapy areas.

• Attend daily, weekly, monthly meetings as appropriate.

• Other duties as assigned.
